WORSHIP TEAM:
Brother Ricky Salter, Worship Leader - Brother Archie White, Sister Brenda Varela, Duty Stewards - Sister Beverly Smith, Ushers - Sister Paula Hughes, Musician - Rev. Alton E. Paris, Pastor
O Almight God, from whom cometh every good and perfect gift, and who pourest out on all who desire it Thy spirit of grace and supplication: Deliver us when we draw nigh unto Thee from coldness of heart and wanderings of mind, that with steadfast thoughts and kindled affections we may worship Thee in spirit and truth: Through Christ Jesus, our Lord. AMEN
Praise God from whom all blessings flow.
Praise Him all creatures here below.
Praise Him above ye heavenly host.
Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. AMEN.
Minister:
I was glad when they said unto me, let us go into the House of the Lord.
Our feet shall stand within thy gates, O Jerusalem!
People:
For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a
doorkeeper in the house of my God than to dwell in the tents of the wicked.
Minister:
Because of the house of the Lord our God, I will seek thy good.
People:
Those that be planted in the house of the Lord, shall flourish in the courts
of our God.
Minister:
Blessed are they that dwell in Thy house, Lord I have loved thy habitation;
the place where thy honor dwelleth.
People:
For the Lord is in his holy temple; let all the earth keep silent before Him.
Minister:
Let the words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart be acceptable
in thy sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer.
People:
O sing unto the Lord a new song; for He has done marvelous things.
Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all the earth and sing praises.
He is Lord! He is Lord! He has risen from the dead and He is Lord.
Every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. [REPEAT].
All things come of Thee O Lord . . . And of Thine own, have . we . given Thee. AMEN.
| Preface to the Decalogue |
From all that dwell below the skies;
Let the Creator's praise arise; Let the Redeemer's name be sung, Through Every land by every tongue. |
| Summary |
Hear what Christ our Savior saith, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, you shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. " |
| Gloria Patri |
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost; As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, World without end. Amen. |
